I am sure that we have a common belief thata
shisha or as known as hookah is
significantly less dangerous than smoking. well guess what? at an hour session of
shisha, we consume at average of 100-200 times the smoke and 70 times the nicotine in one cigarette. it's not just that, it have 5 times to sign us the risk of gum disease and 5 times the risk of lung cancer than non-smokers.
har har har, so think of having a nice
shisha with four flavors at a time? mix flavors of fruits, bubblegum, mint and the list go on.. but there's a
hiccup, the risks I mentioned here goes to those who enjoy shisha 3 to 8 sessions per day, as at 2 to 6 hours daily.
let's shisha at Damai tonight!

we inhaled smoke n it'll go thru our lung.
